Exercise should be FUN and something you look forward to.  You don’t have to spend HOURS at the gym if you focus on effective training techniques specifically designed to BURN FAT and SCULPT your body in the shortest amount of time. 30 minutes and 30 days is all it takes!

I designed this 30 Day Fat Burn Challenge with a variety of TRAINING TECHNIQUES proven to BURN FAT and DELIVER RESULTS in the shortest amount of time. Every workout is inspired by my passion for dance & fitness and 9 years experience teaching fun and effective group fitness classes.  You’ll be engaged and ready to workout EVERY SINGLE DAY.  

This Challenge will help you lose weight, and transform your body in just 30 DAYS!

WHAT YOU GET

Fun & Effective Workouts

A complete 30 day workout program led by a Certified Fitness Instructor. Workouts are delivered in HD quality video via the Jiggle Free Online Fitness Studio. The workouts are streamable from any device so you can workout from the comforts of home, NO GYM REQUIRED!

I included kickboxing (my SOUL MATE workout!), endurance training, HIIT, strength training, and pilates & yoga for muscle elongation and increased flexibility. There’s so much variety in this Challenge, getting bored is NOT an option!  

You’ll workout 6 days a week with 1 rest day built in.  The workouts are specifically sequenced to allow sufficient periods of recovery for each muscle group.

It’s true.  You can’t out train a bad diet. Nutrition accounts for up to 80% of your results. If you over eat carbs, fat and sugar, you will wear it on your body no matter how much you exercise.  

To help maximize results, you get 3 meal plan options, including a post-challenge maintenance meal plan that helps you learn how to continue making healthier food choices after the Challenge is over.

I’m am NOT a fan of cutting out whole food groups.  You NEED carbs and healthy fats for energy to fuel your body.  So I help you learn how to incorporate them into your diet and still reach your fitness goals.
