The Ground Rules

No challenge is complete without some ground rules, am I right??  So here you go… To join the 365 Challenge you must be willing to commit to: 

  1. Fitness:  Regular exercise at least 3 days a week for EVERY WEEK in 2017.
  2. Healthy Eating: Commit to changing your eating habits by learning whatRules-Checklist I’ll teach you about proper portion sizes, incorporating whole, lean healthy foods into your diet, and eliminating junk/processed foods as much as possible.
  3. Accountability:   Actively engage with the private Facebook group by regularly posting your workouts, workout #selfies, progress with your meal plan, obstacles you face, etc.  Sharing your challenges and successes helps keep you and your fellow challengers engaged and encouraged.  It also holds you accountable!
