Hey peeps. I love that TurboFire comes with so many workouts. I’ve had it since July and still haven’t done them all. So yesterday I decided to try Fire 60 class and WOW! Great workout and 4 TURBOS! You use so much energy with the 30 and 45 classes, it’s hard to imagine doing 60 minutes, but the new moves and Chalean’s energy keep you going til the end – plus I love the challenge of a whole 60 minutes of heart pumping, calorie burning cardio.
The HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, TurboFire 30 or one of the sculpting workouts are great options if you’re short on time. But when time is not a factor, definitely give the Fire 60 and Fire 55 classes a try. You do a lot punches and kicks, so you may want to follow it with Stretch 10 to relax the back, shoulders and legs and increase flexibility while your muscles are still warm. Enjoy!
