Hello and welcome to my #fitandfabulous blog! I’m MaShelle Dean, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor in Atlanta, GA. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since 2010 and have loved every minute of it! I’ve always worked out but was inspired to teach by Turbo Jam, a kickboxing format created by my fitness she-ro Chalene Johnson. The format has since evolved to Turbo Kick, which in case you don’t know, is my soul mate workout. I love everything about it – the intensity, the choreography, the music, everything! I could literally Turbo anywhere, anytime!

R.I.P.P.E.D. was created by Terry and Tina Shorter. The R.I.P.P.E.D. program is comprised of Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. This 60-minute R.I.P.P.E.D. workout burns anywhere from 750-1000 calories!
Turbo Kick is my “soul-mate” workout! It’s the first format I got certified to teach. It combines awesome music that makes you want to MOVE, ab sculpting choreography, and high-intensity cardio kickboxing that strengthens the heart and shapes the body. PiYo is my “balance” workout to rejuvenate my muscles and give my body a break from my cardio and weight lifting workouts.
