Thanksgiving 6 Day Challenge

Looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner?  Give yourself some wiggle room.  Challenge yourself to work up a sweat with exercise every day for the next 6 days; and eat healthier and reduce calories in the days leading up to Turkey Day.
