Body Fat Chart



Reducing body fat and gaining lean muscle will make you smaller and leaner even if your weight stays the same.  This is why I was able to drop 4 pant sizes after a 40lb  weight loss.

This is a general chart to give you an idea of what a healthy body fat percentage is.  There are several different ways to measure body fat, but the easiest is to use a simple body fat caliper you can buy at almost any sporting goods or health store.
