- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 packet low sugar Strawberries n Cream instant oatmeal
- ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 8 oz water or Almond Milk
- Add ice, blend and enjoy!
