Heavy Weights + Interval Training in The Lab…

Feeling like a million bucks after a kick butt session the The Lab today! Started with Chalean Extreme Push 2: shoulders, delts, lunges & deadlifts. Finished up with lower body interval training with CE Fat Burn Challenge. Gonna be looking sculpted and sexy in that black dress and bronzed shoulders at the Christmas party tonite šŸ˜‰ WOO HOO!!
