The Power of Protein

Make sure you’re getting in the most protein within 1 hour of your strength training workout. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body and is used to build and repair tissues. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

Excellent source of protein and meal replacement in one:

Banana Split Power Protein Shake

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 scoop protein powder

10 oz water (or fat free milk)

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

½ banana

½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries

Ice, blend and enjoy!
