I’m so sleepy right now. I’m going to bed early tonite so I can get up and do my workout first thing in the morning.
It’s so ironic because I’d made up my mind long ago that I was never gonna do P90X. The workouts are just too long and, quite frankly, too hard. But one day, while thinking about my life, my goals and what makes me happy, I decided to do P90X for the full 90 days with a full 100% commitment. There was no hesitation and no second thoughts. In an instant, I knew what I was going to do, and that’s how I know it was divine intervention and not my own subconscious thought.
So what does my 100% look like? For me, it’s going to bed early so I can be rested. Foregoing the parts of my social life that revolve around food and drinks. And, since I’m single, figuring out something a bit more creative for a first date than dinner and a movie. To me the sacrifice is worth it to be able to look back in 90 days and be able to say “I DID that!”
So,with that said, I’m off to bed my friends. But before I go, I’d like to leave you with a thought. What inspires YOU to give YOUR 100%?

Get CENTERED. Go to a quiet place, clear your mind and thoughts, and think about what’s you really want out of life.
Make the COMMITMENT. Make a commitment to yourself that you will order your steps and actions towards reaching your goals. You can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Invest in yourself and commit to making those changes you want for a healthy and happy life.
Be CONSISTENT. Understand it takes consistency to reach your goals. You’ll hit bumps along the road, but when that happens, realign and get right back on track. Consistency doesn’t mean perfection. It means staying true to your purpose and never giving up.
