Today in “the lab”…

Great muscle burning, fat shedding one hour session in the “the lab” this morning! Heavy weights, lots of lunges, squats & step ups (hello glutes!!!) with some cardio thrown in to torch some calories.

My day just isn’t the same unless I get in my morning session to get those “feel good” endorphins flowing.  It sets the tone for the rest of the day! 

Enjoy your workouts today and watch what u feed ur body!!  U only get one!
