Fall Represents a New Season for Change

Fall Represents a New Season for Change

Good bye Summer and the bad food choices and HELLO Fall!  Fall officially begins September 23rd and it’s one of my FAVORITE seasons.  Maybe because I’m originally from the midwest and enjoy the break from the sizzling Atlanta heat and the chance to pull out my favorite Fall sweaters, leggings and boots.

The change in seasons not only represents a change in the weather, but an opportunity to incorporate positive changes in your life and your surroundings.  Like changing up your workout routine, recommitting to healthy eating, finding new fitness friends and incorporating the colors and scents of Fall into your space.

While at the mall the other day, I stopped in Bath and Body Works to pick up some hand soap and lotion for the bathroom.  The scents and colors of Fall were everywhere, tantalizing my senses, making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  I couldn’t resist picking up a few mood lifting accessories to infuse a little “Fall” decor into the house:

Scented CandlesAcorn Leaves, Spiced Cider, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin

Soap & Lotion Caddy: Japanese Cherry Blossom, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, White Citrus

Save 20% on your entire purchase at Bath & Body Works Sept 27 – Oct 10, 2010.  Use online code# F102455.

So this season, embrace and celebrate the coming of Fall.  Add some variety to your workout routine by taking long walks in the park to witness the beautiful turning of the leaves.  Elevate your mood and senses by infusing some of the scents and vibrant oranges, reds, yellows and browns that represent Fall into your life and living space.

This Fall, embrace “change” and all the wonderful opportunities that come with it.
