Come rain or shine commit to 1 hour a day 5 days a week split between weight training and cardio. This can be done at home or in a gym pop in a DVD, or sign up for a fun group exercise class. |

In my experience, gaining muscle is the key to losing fat-like I mentioned before if there’s a secret this seems to be it. When I do cardio, I always think about the fresh blood that’s being pumped through my body and all the toxins being removed at a faster rate. I believe this does wonders for our immune systems, aging, and of course fat loss. Our bodies are like machines, so the fuel they run on is of great importance. Combining clean nutrition with cardio 5 days a week, and a dynamic weight training program will turn you into a fat burning yummy mummy! |
