The focus of this round is the abductors (outer hips), so you’ll see Bowler Lunges, Kick-throughs, and the PiYo Sweep is back! I love targeted abductor work because the outer hips can be a trouble zone for most women. This round will definitely sculpt and accentuate your curves!
Core & More is my personal favorite. It hits the abductors one more time with Kick-throughs (killer after the PiYo Sweep in Flow!) It also includes leg drops and plank work that work deep into the abdominal muscles to define and sculpt your abs.
