I created my 365 Fitness Challenge group to help you and a team of women stick to consistent exercise and healthy eating for the full 365 days of 2017! Repetition becomes a habit, so if you exercise long enough and consistently enough, it soon becomes a habit you can’t break.
Healthy eating is the toughest part. Those cravings can jump on your back with viciousness. Especially during that time of the month. You ladies know what I’m talking about. Eventually our metabolism slows and we lose muscle mass which means we get flabby and “skinny fat”. It doesn’t have to be so!
