I promised to deliver a fat scorching intervals workout and here it is, Die Fat Die Intervals! This baby is my love. 😍 I’m SO excited to be unveiling it! This workout was inspired by the incredible results I get from doing CARDIO + STRENGTH intervals training (read that article here). I promised to deliver a workout you could do at home that gives you the same results. If you love doing both cardio and strength, you love that this workout gives you both!

About the workout…
Die Fat Die Intervals is a total body 45 minute strength and conditioning workout. The cardio intervals are designed to strengthen your heart by improving cardiovascular endurance and amp up the calorie burn. The strength intervals build muscular endurance using light weight/high rep training. We work each muscle group to “failure” which burns fat and shapes your body through increased muscle definition.
I designed this workout for my entire Jiggle Free Crew to enjoy, from the beginner to the advanced. Modifications are provided.
This workout requires minimal equipment – just hand weights and a mat. Of course you’re gonna need water and a towel because this workout is gonna leave you drenched!
- Medium dumbbells (8 lbs – 10 lbs)
- Light dumbbells (3 lbs – 5 lbs)
