OMG, the struggle is REAL! I’ve been struggling so much with exercise lately. There are many culprits – injury, work and well, just LIFE. I haven’t been in this space in a long, long time, and I’m struggling to understand why it’s been so difficult getting in back to exercise consistently. But what I do know if I have to get back on track.

4 Things I Do to Get Back on Track with Exercise
- Start with a workout that includes cardio + weights.
- Follow along with a home exercise DVD
- Incorporate a step or bench
- Clean up my diet.
